In the first 12 weeks of 2022, 394 contracts signed at $4 million and above, outpacing last year’s 1st quarter record of 390 contracts. 181 contracts were signed last month at $4 million and above. Condos outsold co-ops, 125 to 39, and 15 townhouses and 2 Condos were in the mix.
