📌204 contracts signed, up 28% week-over-week due to the Thanksgiving holiday and 17% year-over-year
📌Since Labor Day, signed contracts have increased year-over-year in all but one week
📌This was the seventh consecutive week that new development sales saw the greatest year-over-year percentage gain, nearly doubling versus a year ago to 41 contracts signed
📌Downtown had the largest annual growth in contract activity among all submarkets, with a 41% increase in sales
