📌共220套物業成功進入合同,較上週相比下降2%,較去年同期相比增長15%

📌上週,銷售連續四週實現兩位數的年增幅,與去年同期的四週相比,總體增長22% 

📌新開發物件的銷售在七週中的六週實現最大年增幅,增長74%,簽署了40份合同

📌開價為500萬美元的合同數量較2023年幾乎增長了三倍,達到了27筆交易,這是自2022年3月以來高端市場最強的一週

📌本週最高的合同為140 Jane Street #PH11,售價4,500萬美元,是2024年市中心第二高的成交價

 

 

Manhattan Weekly Snapshot November 9 – 15, 2024

 

📌220 contracts signed, down 2% week-over-week and up 15% year-over-year

📌Last week, sales have risen by double-digit annual percentages for four consecutive weeks and are up a combined 22% versus the same four weeks last year

📌New development sales saw the greatest annual increase for the sixth time in seven weeks, up 74% to 40 contracts signed

📌Contracts asking $5M nearly tripled versus 2023 to 27 deals, the strongest week for the luxury market since March 2022

📌The top contract of the week was Corcoran's listing of PH11 at 140 Jane Street asking $45M, Downtown’s second-highest priced sale of 2024
