Manhattan’s luxury real estate market turned in a solid performance in April with this past month’s number 1 contract being the biggest sale since April 2021 with an asking price of $79 million. 155 contracts were signed last month at $4 million and above. Condos outsold co-ops, 98 to 36, and 21 townhouses were in the mix.
