-42 contracts were signed last week at $4 million above, Condos outsold co-ops, 28-8, with 6 townhouse in the mix.
-This past week’s contracts signed represent a record Christmas week in sales with the previous record for Christmas week being 17 contracts signed in 2016.
 
2021 year-end summary:
-1,877 contracts were signed in 2021 at $4 million above pushing the total sales volume to $15.9 billion dollars this year, nearly 3 times more than last year. In addition, the totals for both signed contracts and volume in 2021 were nearly 30% higher than the previous highest year recorded.
 
🥇The No. 1 Contract: Townhouse at 248 Central Park West
- Asking $30 million.
- This 6 story, 20-foot-wide house has 9,151 square feet including 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and 2 powder rooms.
- The house has a 60-foot lap pool in the basement, which also contains a gym.
 
🥈The No. 2 Contract: 38/39 at 515 Park Avenue
- Asking $27.95 million.
- This duplex condo has 4,916 square feet including 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
