The outdoor space features more than 1,300 square feet and has a large garden and terraces off of the parlor, third, and fourth floors. The house does not have an elevator. The sellers bought the house in 2006 and had gut-renovated it.
The No 2 contract was PH10B at 90 Morton Street, asking $17.7 million. The penthouse has 3,593 square feet and includes 3 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. There is a 532-square-foot terrace off a 45-foot great room with a gas fireplace. Other features include ceilings that are 10-7’. It was the last sponsor unit to sell.
Amenities include a concierge, covered driveway, a fitness center, a 64-foot lap pool, residents’ lounge, children’s playroom, and a rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchen.
It is surprising to see the streak of 30 or more deals extend to 17 weeks in a row while the city is still in recovery mode. More people are getting vaccinated and apartment searching for upgrades as the overall economy and market activity in commercial and residential real estate show confidence and encouraging signs.
