📌Resale condo sales, contracts over $1M, and Upper East Side and Upper West Side activity improved versus 2023
📌The top contract was 50 West 66th Street 41NS asking $46.750M ($6,734 PSF). This was the fourth contract over $40M reported so far this year. In 2023, only one contract over $40M was reported in the first 11 weeks of the year.
