126 contracts were signed last month at $4 million and above. Condos outsold co-ops, 87 to 21, and 16 townhouses were in the mix. With rising interest rates, inflation, and the stock market, this past month has seen a dip in the luxury real estate market with the much of the action having taken place on the lower end of the luxury price range.
