The last 3 weeks, with 104 contracts signed, have been the strongest performance since the last week in April and the first 2 weeks in May 2015. As things are turning around, with COVID cases going down and the vaccine, more buyers are taking the opportunity to find their homes, as it is a good time to buy, before activities really peak and prices get higher.
