📌Manhattan signed contracts have improved year-over-year for seven of the past eight weeks; all of those weeks registered more than 15% increases
📌New developments had their best week since May 2022, up 422% year-over-year to 47 contracts reported signed
📌All product types, price ranges, submarkets and bedroom types saw contract activity remain level or improve versus 2023
