📌Last week, 230 contracts were signed, down 8% week-over-week but up 16% year-over-year
📌Manhattan contracts have increased by double-digit annual percentages in eight out of the nine weeks since Labor Day
📌New development sales rose year-over-year more than any other product type, up 38% to 33 contracts signed
📌Sales over $5 million increased on a yearly basis for the fifth consecutive week, up 23% to 16 contracts signed
📌Nevertheless, this was the first time since August that Manhattan's luxury market did not report a contract over $15 million
